UNU Jogja Encourages Alumni to Pursue International Studies, Anas Sholahudin Receives Scholarship at China Agricultural University

Yogyakarta, Indonesia – The Faculty of Halal Industry at UNU Jogja proudly announces that alumnus Anas Sholahudin (Agricultural Product Technology, 2017) has been accepted into the International Master’s (MBA) program at Sanya Institute, China Agricultural University (CAU) with a full Merit Scholarship.

The pre-admission letter issued by CAU on June 27, 2025, confirms that Anas will receive full tuition, accommodation, and insurance coverage for the two-year program. This achievement reflects UNU Jogja’s, particularly the Faculty of Halal Industry’s, commitment to supporting alumni in pursuing global educational opportunities.

During the application and selection process, Anas received full support from the university, including official recommendations from the Head of the THP Program, Andra Tersiana, and lecturer Diah Ayu P.S. The university expressed appreciation for this collaboration in enabling alumni to access international education.

“Alhamdulillah, THP UNU Jogja alumnus Anas Sholahudin has been accepted at China Agricultural University, Sanya campus. Thanks to Ms. Andra and Ms. Diah Ayu P.S. for providing recommendations during the application process,” said Anas through alumni representative Taqiyyudin Saleh, who is currently completing postgraduate studies in China.

Anas Sholahudin is also an active writer, having published books and short stories in national media such as Media Indonesia and Jawa Pos under the pen name Anas S. Malo. In addition, he teaches at Pondok Pesantren Kreatif Baitul Kilmah Bantul and writes content for an online media platform.
